New Zealand
New Zealand is a temperate or sub tropical nation located in the South Pacific Ocean. New Zealand has often been called God’s own country as well as Paradise of the Pacific, and most travelers even today agree that this description fits with the experiences had in New Zealand even today. A common mistake among travelers is not to allow enough time to travel to and throughout New Zealand. Many travelers spend their time in neighboring nations like Australia, and then do not find enough time to see and experience everything that New Zealand has to offer. One of the best ways to discover absolutely everything that New Zealand has to offer during your travels is to take a guided tour, which will expose you to the best and most important sites, sounds and other details that will allow New Zealand to truly come alive for you.
When taking a guided tour through New Zealand, you should be looking for a guided tour that is going to show you many different aspects of this diverse country. There are plenty of different regions that are well worth seeing. There are not only two main islands but also numerous smaller offshore islands as well. It would be worthwhile to choose a guided tour that brings you to some of the stunning rural areas, national parks and other out of the way places that New Zealand features, including the Bay of Islands, Coromandel Peninsul, Taupo, Tongariro National Park, Hawkes Bay, Abel Tasman National Park, Aoraki Mount Cook National Park, Milford Sound and Westland National Park.
While most people arrive in New Zealand by plane, the best ways to travel within New Zealand, especially when taking a guided tour, are by bike, by bus, by campervan and by car. Most large city areas within New Zealand offer bikes that can be rented our during your travels, and many guided tours are offered specifically for people riding bikes to promote this ecologically friendly method of transportation. It is important that you are careful about trucks and buses when riding a bike through New Zealand. Biking is popular here, however, so you should fit in with both travelers and citizens of the area when riding a bike throughout the city.
If you are fond of visiting places that were featured in movies, consider taking a guided tour that shows you some of the places throughout New Zealand that have appeared in films. River Queen, Lord of the Rings, Goodbye Pork Pie, Whale Rider, One Were Warriors, The Quiet Earth and the Chronicles of Narnia for example have all featured scenes in New Zealand. You will find that there are guided tours offered all over New Zealand, many offering themed tours depending on what you want to see while traveling through this extraordinary country. Hi, if you are travelling around NZ then the best way to travel is nakedbus. I reckon they’re really cheap because their prices start at $1 and the rest of their prices are reasonable.
